Returns on Coffee

Because of to the nature of coffee and in adherence to food regulations, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns on coffee.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not entered the fulfillment process can be canceled and refunded. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.

Incorrect address

In the event of a shipping discrepancy resulting in your coffee being sent to an incorrect address, the responsible party will be required to cover the new shipping fee. Instances may arise due to customer-entered address incorrectly, leading to the dispatch of the package. To rectify this situation, a new shipping label with the correct address must be purchased, and the associated cost will be billed to the customer.

Lost Shipments

If an item is confirmed as "undelivered" by the shipping carrier, and it is determined to be a lost shipment, we will re-ship the item at no additional cost.


Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect it. If the items are damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately atinfo@bigrivercoffee. We will assess the issue and replace any damaged items at no expense to you.
