The Lone Star Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 shot of Big River Coffee
- 8 oz of steamed milk
- 1/2 oz of vanilla syrup
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Vanilla bean (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew one shot of Big River Coffee and set it aside.
- Steam 8 oz of milk until it reaches a creamy, velvety texture.
- In a coffee mug, add 1/2 oz of vanilla syrup.
- Pour the steamed milk over the vanilla syrup and stir.
- Add the shot of espresso to the milk and stir again.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of vanilla bean.
- Enjoy your delicious Lone Star Latte hot or over ice!

Saloon Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 shot of whiskey
- 1 shot of Big River Coffee
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 1 oz of heavy cream
- Ice
Instructions:
- Brew one shot of Big River Coffee and set it aside to cool.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, cooled coffee, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the cocktail, creating a layered effect.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- Serve and enjoy your whiskey coffee cocktail!
