The Lone Star Latte


  • 1 shot of Big River Coffee
  • 8 oz of steamed milk
  • 1/2 oz of vanilla syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Vanilla bean (optional)


  1. Brew one shot of Big River Coffee and set it aside.
  2. Steam 8 oz of milk until it reaches a creamy, velvety texture.
  3. In a coffee mug, add 1/2 oz of vanilla syrup.
  4. Pour the steamed milk over the vanilla syrup and stir.
  5. Add the shot of espresso to the milk and stir again.
  6. Optional: Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of vanilla bean.
  7. Enjoy your delicious Lone Star Latte hot or over ice!

Saloon Coffee


  • 1 shot of whiskey
  • 1 shot of Big River Coffee
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 oz of heavy cream
  • Ice


  1. Brew one shot of Big River Coffee and set it aside to cool.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, cooled coffee, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the cocktail, creating a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy your whiskey coffee cocktail!
